CBC "Best Execution" Policy
CBC uses Penson Financial Services Services to clear trades. Customer accounts carried by Penson Financial Services are covered by the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), up to a maximum of $500,000 including a $100,000 maximum claim on cash. In addition, Penson Financial Services coverage in excess of $24,000,000 per account.

In addition to using Penson Financial Services for clearing purposes, CBC may use Penson Financial to execute listed and unlisted securities. Orders entered on-line by CBC clients (see Online Trading) may also be routed to other firms such as Trimark, Nite and Schwab.

Penson Financial , by recognizing the growth and financial potential of the on-line investing community, has enabled CBC to maintain its competitive position in this new and exciting market. CBC can enter orders for its clients either electronically or telephonically.

Penson Financial provides execution services for all listed and NASDAQ issues, equity and index options, corporate bonds, treasuries and municipals, mutual funds. Customized statements are provided monthly. Secured e-mail confirmations to each enrolled client the morning after a trade execution are available as is state of the art technology systems for clients, custom clearing services, Internet trading and securities lending.

CBC clients are provided with a wide choice of money market funds, including A reserve money market funds. Reserve offers automatic sweeps from their brokerage accounts and, along with Alliance, offer free check writing, bill paying, debit card and online bill paying services (see Online Banking).
