As of January 2006, CBC will provide a BCP statement to its clients at account opening. We also will post the disclosure statement on our web site and mail it to customers upon request. Our disclosure statement is herewith attached: Should the business of CBC become disrupted due to almost all foreseeable eventualities such as  (but not limited to) disruption to our building; the business district within which the building, the city or the region is located. CBC is prepared to continue normal business activities. CBC and its Registered Representatives will be able to conduct business through various back up computers. The email addresses of every client's representative is made known to the client. Clients make contact through email, telephone, or back up fax machines. These numbers are listed below.
